BOOKING INFORMATION
CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES FOR VACATION OCCUPANCY.

PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of £200.00 ($360.00), refundable 7 days after your return, is required to secure a booking with full payment being made 30 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes or cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to loss of deposit. All cancellations within one week of arrival date or "no - shows" are subject to an additional forfeiture equal to half the total rental fee paid.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A home damage waiver (HDW) is taken in case of loss or damage occurring to the villas fixtures, fittings or contents, other than by fair wear and tear. The management reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit paid in the event of such loss or damage.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in time is Saturday 4.00pm. Check out time is Saturday 10.00am
This allows our housekeeping team sufficient time to clean the villa to the high standard we require for our guests.
Please help us to make your stay, as well as that of our next guests as pleasurable as possible by observing these times

LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE CALLS
Each villa has a private telephone through which local calls are free, however all long distance calls must be charged to a calling card, a credit card, or your home phone.

PETS
We regret that pets are not allowed in the villa under any circumstances

SPECIAL REQUEST
We will try our best to meet your special request, however, we cannot confirm or guarantee such request.

PAYMENT OF NIGHTS RESERVED
You are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's arrival or departure.

POOL HEAT
There is an extra charge for heating the pool and this must be paid prior to arrival. The fee for heating the pool is £80.00 ($145.00) per week. This is the actual cost levied by the electric company.

WELCOME FOOD PACK

£40.00 Delivered includes 1 Gallon Milk, 1 Gallon Orange juice, 1 Litre soda, 18 extra large eggs, 1lb bacon, 1lb butter, Large bunch of banana's, 1 Large pack of Chips, 1 Large box of cereal or 15 mini boxes, Jar of jelly, tea, coffee and sugar.
DAILY CLEAN SERVICE The villa will be cleaned at the end of each week, which is included in your rental, but if you would like a daily clean, a charge of £22.00 ($40.00) a day will be charged for the Maid's services.
GUEST SERVICES Complimentary service on your holiday planning. We will make reservations and provide discount attraction tickets to area theme parks (10-20 %off gate price)
Dinner reservations, balloon rides, horseback riding, tours, shopping and much more.
These services are free and available from resort quest office 200 yards from villa.
MEET AND GREET £85.00 ($150.00) from Orlando international airport.
LATE CHECK OUT £40.00 ($70.00) upon availability and request 14 days in advance.

 

"TRAVEL INFORMATION"

FROM ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
    1. Follow airport SOUTH exit signs to "Kissimmee via 417".
    2. Take airport exit road 3.9 miles to traffic light.
    3. Turn right onto Highway 417 West and continue approximately 12 miles, passing 2 toll plazas.
    4. Exit the 417 at Celebration Avenue.
    5. Turn right onto Celebration Avenue and continue to T-junction with 192 (approx 1 mile).
    6. Turn left onto 192; you will be heading west.
    7. Continue for approximately 7 miles, passing Disney's Wide World of Sports and Disney World on your right and the Splendid China complex on your left.
    8. Turn left into the Lindfields subdivision; you are now on Lindfields Boulevard.
    9. Turn right onto Styles Boulevard.
    10. The Resort Quest office is located on your right.

FROM SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

    1. Follow the exit signs toward "Orlando, Attractions", Interstate 4 and Highway 417. This is Lake Mary Boulevard.
    2. Continue through the 1st and 2nd set of traffic lights.
    3. Take the first left after the 2nd set of traffic lights. This will lead to Highway 417 South.
    4. Cross over the next road (C.R. 427) and you will merge with Highway 417, heading south.
    5. Continue on the 417 for approximately 48 miles, passing through 5 toll plazas.
    6. Follow numbers 4 through 10 above.

    1. Follow Interstate 4 to US192 interchange.
    2. Leave Interstate 4 and head west on US192.
